Shipping policy

National Shipping: Within Namibia 

PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING RATES OUTSIDE OF WINDHOEK.
All Windhoek orders can only be collected at the store.
For orders delivered outside of WHK please ensure that you are present at the delivery address you specified to receive your goods and in the instance you are unavailable, to please make the necessary arrangements to ensure delivery can be completed. We do not deliver to a PO Box.

We will do our best to have your goods delivered within 2-4 working days but please also note that in unforeseen circumstances delays may occur. Should a known delay occur, we’ll be in contact throughout the process and deliver your order as soon as is reasonably possible.
Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email, a tracking number and/or url where you can view the status of your delivery. To ensure satisfaction please ensure you provide us with the correct contact details and add us to your trusted senders so you can receive communication from us. All invoices will be sent to your provided email.

All in-stock goods are shipped once payment is verified in our account.
Orders received on a Saturday are shipped on a Monday or Tuesday.
In-store collections are ready for pickup once your payment clears. You will be notified.

You will also be notified if there are any delays with your shipment beyond the Windhoek City area.
